The scaffolding frames are TS EN 12810-1, 12810-2, 12811-1, and 12811-2 certified. Standard production includes 48*3.0 mm steel pipes for the frames, 34*2.0 mm pipes for horizontal connections, and 42*2.5 mm pipes for diagonal connections. All pipes are TSE-certified and undergo rigorous mechanical testing. During production, robotic cutting, drilling, and welding technologies are utilized to ensure precision and durability. Additionally, panels, connection components, and steel platforms are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards for long-lasting protection.

Safety Facade Scaffolding Installation Steps

• The heights and positions of the base jacks are adjusted according to the Scaffolding Installation Plan.
• Initial frames are mounted onto the base jacks, and distances are set using horizontal connections. The system is leveled properly.
• Laddered platforms are installed on the initial frames.
• The first module is built using panels, horizontal connections, and diagonal braces.
• The first level installation is completed.
• Upper-level platforms are mounted, paying attention to ladder details.
• The second level is built using diagonal braces, horizontal connections, and panels.
• The second level installation is completed, and toe boards are mounted.
• The scaffolding system is anchored to the façade according to the project design.
• The installation continues in the same sequence as outlined in the project plan.
